Key responsibilities

1. Support procurement operations by sourcing goods and services from approved suppliers and vendors.

1. Create and manage the complete purchase order lifecycle, including requisitions, approvals, goods receipts, and invoice processing.

1. Conduct spot buy sourcing activities to obtain products and services at competitive prices within short timelines.

1. Research suppliers, obtain quotations, evaluate vendor capabilities, and support sourcing decisions.

1. Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately using procurement systems such as SAP and Coupa.

1. Review invoices, identify processing errors, and resolve interface or posting issues promptly.

1. Assist with GRIR account clearing, debit balance investigations, and variance resolution activities.

1. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding items identified during account reconciliation processes.

1. Generate periodic and ad hoc procurement reports from SAP and other procurement systems.

1. Support internal and external audit requirements while ensuring compliance with SOX controls and procurement policies.

1. Maintain and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, and procurement records.

1. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve procurement, billing, and payment discrepancies.

1. Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

1. Monitor and support adherence to SLA, KPI, and procurement performance metrics.
