Your day at NTT DATA We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority for the ServiceNow platform—transforming business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing designs.

You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business leaders to architect innovative solutions that maximize the value of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, or other modules.

• Translate business needs into robust, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow designs.

• Develop high-level and detailed architecture documentation, including data models, integrations, and workflow diagrams.

Platform Governance & Standards

• Define and enforce ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance models.

• Drive platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and ServiceNow product releases.

• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and advise on adoption strategy.
