Principal Software Engineering Manager-Azure Data

Lead end-to-end incident management and fix delivery across the Fabric Platform, driving rapid mitigation, root cause resolution, and sustained reliability improvements. Partner closely with product engineering teams to prioritize and execute high-impact fixes, ensuring clear ownership and measurable outcomes. Build and scale agent-driven engineering capabilities to accelerate signal detection, diagnosis, and automated resolution (signal-to-fix). Establish strong execution discipline through metrics, dashboards, and operational rhythms that improve visibility, prioritization, and accountability. Develop and grow a high-performing team, fostering engineering excellence across SRE practices, cross-team collaboration, and production ownership.​ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ Years of people management experience. ​​*Experience working with multi-region, multi-tenant, large scale production systems lti-region, multi-tenant, large scale production systems Experience with building multi layered autonomous agent systems​
