Job Summary

Kaseya is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to provide senior technical leadership for Kaseya’s enterprise software platforms. This role will shape architecture, guide long-term technical strategy, and influence engineering execution across complex, high-scale SaaS and platform systems. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced technical leader who can solve ambiguous, business-critical engineering challenges while mentoring senior engineers and driving technical excellence across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for Kaseya’s enterprise software platforms, core product capabilities, and related integrations across the IT Complete portfolio.

• Lead the design of secure, scalable, reliable, and performant software systems across AWS-hosted, data center-hosted, and hybrid environments.

• Serve as a technical authority for complex engineering initiatives involving SaaS platforms, installable agents, distributed systems, large-scale data collection, and enterprise product capabilities.
