Principal - SAP

As the Manager - SAP, you will play a pivotal role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department. Your expertise in ABAP development and SAP S/4HANA technologies will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring a team of technical consultants. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation, rollout, and support of SAP solutions, driving innovation and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions using ABAP programming language, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.

• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices within the team.

• Participate in project planning, estimating, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during SAP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs to enhance the skills of team members.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and data privacy regulations.
