About the Role

We’re looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to shape how we tell the story of AI across our omnichannel platform. In this role, you’ll define a durable messaging and storytelling framework that brings together our AI-powered capabilities—translating complex innovation into clear, compelling customer value.

You’ll lead how our narrative comes to life across campaigns, sales, product experiences, and thought leadership. Partnering closely with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and Brand, you’ll ensure our story is cohesive, differentiated, and resonates with both technical and business audiences.

Define the AI + Omnichannel Narrative

• Shape how we position and communicate transformative AI experiences on our omnichannel platform, translating advanced capabilities into clear, compelling customer value

• Develop a durable messaging framework spanning AI-driven personalization, automation, and orchestration across channels
