Your mission

As part of our evolution, we are innovating at a rapid pace, designing new experiences that extend from the developer to business worker. UiPath is seeking a visionary, highly skilled Principal Designer to join our dynamic company. As a Principal Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the design direction of our products and ensuring that our user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our business goals. You will lead design initiatives, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding design solutions. Above all, you will inspire everyone around you through your design vision for UiPath and how it comes to life. We are a global team that enjoys working both remotely and in the office. We work closely with Product Managers to create forward-thinking, user-centered designs that align with business goals. We are huge fans of sticky notes, whiteboard sketching, and immersing ourselves in customer feedback.
What you'll do at UiPath
Product
- Design the next generation of AI-forward workflow and automation tools
- Define and drive design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the global design team
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
