• Someone who loves working with children

• Creative and able to design engaging learning experiences

• Strong communication skills; works well with colleagues, parents & students

• Deep understanding of child development and progressive education

• Flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas

• Tech-friendly (Google Docs, Canva, etc.)

• Experience with experiential and inquiry-based learning is a plus

• Physically active and energetic

• Committed to staying at least two academic years

• A team player who believes in continuous professional growth

What youd do:

• Design lesson plans and implement learning activities

• Create a nurturing environment that supports intellectual, social & emotional growth

• Use diverse teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs

• Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on learning

• Assess student progress and give constructive feedback
