As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Solutions team. This role will be instrumental in translating customer challenges into impactful solution strategies, supporting enterprise sales engagements, and helping shape tailored solutions that address evolving business needs. Job Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Pre-Sales Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between our technical fintech solutions and our customers' financial operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, conducting discovery, delivering tailored demonstrations, and designing complex solutions involving ERP integrations, P2P (Procurement), and spend management workflows. Your goal is to turn complex financial pain points into clear, valuable solutions that close deals. Role & Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Solutioning & Discovery
- Conduct deep-dive discovery workshops with CFOs, Procurement Heads, and controllers to understand current manual processes, pain points, and technical environments.
- Design custom solutions mapping Zaggle Spend Management functionality to client challenges, emphasizing ROI, automation, and speed.
- Identify opportunities to integrate our platform with existing ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Workday, QuickBooks)2.Product Demonstration & Value Selling
- Deliver tailored, compelling product demonstrations that showcase the "Art of the Possible," focusing on automated workflows rather than just features.
- Create and present tailored proposals, ROI calculators, and business cases to C-level stakeholders.
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) trials to prove technical viability to enterprise clients.3.Sales Enablement & RFP/RFI
- Own the technical response for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy, security compliance, and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on market feedback.
