Qualification- GraduateCTC-4-5 LacRotational Week off6 days working JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented Presales Executive - Showroom Specialist to build connect with the customers, confirmbasic details to connect to the right designer and send the customers to our experience centers. The PSE will also facilitate the customer through the funnel and drive conversions while working alongside the interior designers. If you are looking to work in a high paced environment with a highly motivated team of professionals, we would like to meet you. Driving Conversions Building repo with the customers and understanding detailed requirements of their interior needs. The key is to help the consumers get the best interior needs from our high-end designers. Becoming the single point of contact for the customer and facilitating the customer with Experience Center Visit, mapping them to the right designers and help them with any issue they face with us until their interior needs are fulfilled. Timely follow ups with customers and designers to make sure we as Livspace provide the best customer experience.Customer Focus Connect directly or conduct surveys through various tools with customers to receive their feedback on user experience,which helps influence new marketing strategies going forward Improve customer experiences by improving business process which ultimately lead to greater customer satisfaction & build awareness company leading to improvement in conversion EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in hardcore sales (Preferably EdTech/FinTech backgrounds) Strong communication skills and convincing skills.
