We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to support the sales team in driving business growth through effective proposal development, client engagement, and sales enablement activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to understand client requirements, prepare compelling presentations and proposals, coordinate RFP/RFI responses, and ensure timely completion of pre-sales deliverables. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment, are essential for success in this role. What you will do:
- Collaborate with Presales, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify and qualify opportunities, including leads and RFPs.
- Support bid qualification, opportunity assessments, and pursuit planning.
- Develop winning strategies by defining key differentiators, win themes, and value propositions.
- Create and manage bid plans, ensuring timely completion of all activities.
- Author and coordinate high-quality proposals and supporting collateral.
- Drive bid kick-off meetings and manage stakeholder communication throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Handle client queries, RFP clarifications, and submissions through client portals/VMS.
- Ensure bid documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Maintain and update pursuit, revenue, and knowledge management trackers.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Bid Management, or Proposal Management within IT services.
- Experience supporting B2B technology companies, preferably serving the US market.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and proposal writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of technology solutions and a client-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM, pursuit management, or bid tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
