Pre-Sales AnalystCompany: HonorVet Technologies Indiahttps://honorvettech.com/Location: Mohali (Onsite)Working Days: Monday to FridayShift: US Shift (Night Shift)Experience: 1-3 Years ABOUT THE ROLEHonorVet Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Analyst to support business development and proposal management activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Staffing/Recruitment industry or working with Federal Clients and possess strong research, analytical, and communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to identify client requirements Support proposal preparation, bid submissions, and sales documentation Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities Prepare presentations, capability statements, and client-facing materials Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for proposals and responses Track federal and commercial contract opportunities through various portals Maintain proposal repositories, client databases, and business development records Generate reports related to sales pipeline and proposal activities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field MBA preferred but not mandatory Technical Skills Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, US Federal Contracting, or Proposal Management Understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFI processes Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with procurement portals such as SAM.gov or GSA is preferred Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills PERKS & BENEFITS

Preferred Candidates
- Experience in the US Staffing Industry
