Position: Pre-Sales ExecutiveLocation: GurugramIndustry: Commercial Interior Fit-Outs We are looking for a confident and presentable Pre-Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, coordinate client interactions, and support the sales team throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Handle and qualify inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources. Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand project requirements. Present the company's commercial interior fit-out services and project capabilities professionally. Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the sales team. Accompany the sales team during client meetings and presentations whenever required. Explain project concepts, services, and company offerings to prospective clients. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client handling. Mandatory Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Confident, professional, and client-facing personality. Ability to interact with corporate clients and senior decision-makers. Comfortable attending client meetings and presentations. Strong follow-up and relationship management skills. Must be commutable to Gurugram. Experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Client Servicing, Customer Relations, Business Development Support, or a similar client-facing role will be preferred. Preferred Industry Background: Commercial Interiors Interior Fit-Outs Architecture Design & Build Real Estate Workplace Solutions Candidates with poor communication skills or limited client interaction experience may not be suitable for this role.
