About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Make outbound/inbound calls to leads from our database or campaigns.
- Understand customer needs, interests, and readiness to buy.
- Ask relevant qualifying questions and gather essential information.
- Categorize leads as qualified or unqualified based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to pass on warm leads.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and lead quality.
