About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Conduct first-level screening of inbound and outbound B2C leads.
- Engage with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or other digital channels to understand their requirements and intent.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, location, readiness, and technical feasibility.
- Educate prospects on franchise offerings, business model basics, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper documentation of all lead interactions.
- Forward qualified leads to the Business Development team with structured notes and context.
- Follow up with warm leads to improve lead-to-meeting conversion rates.
- Track and report daily and weekly performance metrics related to lead qualification.
- Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality and targeting.
