About the job

Key responsibilities

1. Lead qualification: Identify and qualify HNI, NRI, business families, and founders across Tier 2 and Tier 3 India.

1. Client proposals: Prepare goal-based investment proposals across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Fixed Income.

1. Discovery calls: Capture client risk profile, liquidity needs, and long-term financial goals during initial conversations.

1. Pitch decks: Build data-driven, research-backed presentations using BARS in-house analytical tools.

1. Benchmarking: Coordinate with the research desk for comparative fund analysis and performance reports.

1. RM support: Assist Relationship Managers in client meetings, portfolio platform demos, and follow-ups.

1. CRM management: Maintain pipeline hygiene, track lead status, and report conversion metrics.

1. Market awareness: Stay updated on Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, and Fixed Income products and regulatory changes.

1. Handover: Ensure a smooth transition of closed clients to the advisory and operations team.
