About The Team
Paytm Intelligence is building next-generation AI platforms across two key areas: AI inference infrastructure and agentic AI solutions. Our focus is on enabling enterprises to move from AI experimentation to production-grade deployment with measurable business outcomes. In the agentic AI space, we are building solutions such as Outreach Manager, CLM agents, and domain- specific AI agents that automate complex customer journeys across sales, service, and operations. These systems go beyond traditional chatbots, orchestrating workflows, decisions, and actions across enterprise systems.
About the Role
We are hiring an AI Agentic Solutions Architect to drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered workflow automation. This role sits at the intersection of business process transformation, AI systems, and enterprise sales. You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design agentic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, conversion uplift, and improved customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Journey and Workflow Design Map end-to-end customer journeys across sales, support, and operations. Identify high-impact automation opportunities. Design agent-driven workflows across systems and teams. Solution Architecture Design agentic AI systems including orchestration, APIs, and integrations. Combine LLMs, rules, and enterprise systems into scalable architectures. Business Value Articulation Translate solutions into measurable outcomes such as cost reduction and conversion uplift. Support deal teams with ROI narratives. POC and Deployment Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements with clear success metrics. Ensure POCs convert to production deployments. Stakeholder Engagement Engage both business and technical stakeholders. Effectively handle skepticism stemming from prior enterprise AI failures. Reusable Playbooks Build repeatable solution frameworks across industries. Enable sales teams with structured use cases. Superpowers & Skills That Will Help You Succeed 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or workflow automation. Proven track record of working successfully with enterprise customers. Strong foundational understanding of customer journeys and core business processes. Technical familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and complex enterprise software architectures. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap and communicate effectively with both technical engineers and business stakeholders.
