The role involves close coordination with internal teams, handling sampling jobs, ensuring cost optimization, and adhering to information security standards. The candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound in pre-press processes, and capable of end-to-end job ownership. Job Type : Full time role with exciting opportunities Location: Bhumi World, Bhiwandi (Kalyan phata) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years of experience in pre-press or production role. Responsibilities - Pre-Press Operations Obtain artwork/files from internal teams and prepare them for printing as per job specifications. Ensure files are print-ready by applying: Bleeds, cut marks, and crop marks Impositions Color corrections and profile checks Resolution and font checksPerform pre-press work using CorelDRAW and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Manage and maintain Punch Outline soft copies accurately. Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications, updates, and approvals. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with internal teams and in some cases with customers for artwork approvals. Maintain clear and professional communication through emails and other channels. Follow up on timelines and ensure timely completion of artwork files. Information Security Compliance Adhere to all rules and regulations established under Information Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Promptly report any information security incident, event, or weakness to the IT department. Required Skill Sets - Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to comprehend and communicate needs verbally and in written form. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Independent, self-driven, and takes complete ownership of assigned jobs.
