We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Post-Production Coordinator/Content Operations Manager to oversee the complete content production workflow.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every project moves seamlessly from footage collection to final delivery. You will coordinate with clients, shooters, editors, and management to ensure deadlines are met, files are organized, revisions are tracked, and quality standards are maintained.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing systems, people, and processes rather than editing videos themselves.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project & Production Management
Manage the complete lifecycle of content projects from initiation to final delivery.
Assign projects to editors based on workload, expertise, and availability.
Monitor project progress and provide operational support throughout the editing process.
D. Quality Control
Review videos before client delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing assets, or overlooked revisions.
Verify that all client requirements and project objectives have been fulfilled.
Ensure final deliverables meet company and client expectations.
E. Client & Team Coordination
Track client feedback, revision requests, and project updates.
Maintain records of client preferences and project requirements.
Coordinate effectively with editors, management, and clients as needed.
Provide regular project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
Probation & Growth:
One-month probation period.
Probation salary: 16,000 per month.

Working Hours & Availability:
This role requires close collaboration with editors, clients, and management teams.
Candidates must be available during PST (Pacific Standard Time) hours when required for project reviews, team meetings, status updates, and urgent deliveries.
