Role Summary:
The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance and health of project portfolio.
The role ensures data-driven decision-making by providing insights on financials, risks, and timelines, enabling effective portfolio governance and alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse & report on project portfolio
- Prepare dashboards and reports
- Create projects & maintain data quality
- Analyze forecast vs. actuals and ensure consistency
- Ensure data accuracy across portfolio and financial systems
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for updates and adherence to KPIs
- Support governance, reporting timelines, and compliance
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of portfolio/project management tools
