Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in polymer science & technology, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field
Basic understanding of polymer chemistry, material properties, and processing techniques
Familiarity with laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and safety protocols
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data analysis/reporting tools
Ability to accurately document experiments and interpret test results
Good communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and work in a research, manufacturing, or product development environment
Prior academic projects, internships, or laboratory experience in polymers/materials science will be an added advantage
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards and safety practices
