Job Summary We are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support to our Polish market. The role involves assisting customers, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, orders, and product-related information.
- Provide timely and professional customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal).
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is an added advantage.
