Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Conduct health awareness sessions to encourage open conversations about PCOS using the foundation's educational digital kits.
Educate local communities to spread awareness and reduce stigma around female reproductive and hormonal health.
Explain the NGO's healthcare assistance program, highlighting support for working women and young girls through reimbursement of specialist consultations and medicine expenses.
Share educational resources such as awareness graphics, symptom guides, and informational videos through social and digital platforms.
Maintain and update daily outreach records of individuals engaged through awareness activities in a shared Google Sheet.

High empathy & maturity: Since the campaign addresses a sensitive topic (menstrual and reproductive health taboos like PCOS/PCOD now, PMOS), candidates must demonstrate a mature, respectful, and empathetic communication style.
Prior volunteering experience: Candidates who have previously participated in college NSS/NCC activities, local NGOs, or community-driven social work will be given strong preference.
Proactive communicators: We are looking for self-starters who are comfortable initiating conversations in their living rooms and neighborhood circles without hesitation.
