The Plus Support Executive will manage day-to-day administrative and clerical activities, including maintaining records, organizing documents, and supporting office operations. The role involves handling phone calls with professional etiquette, routing inquiries, and providing timely support to internal teams and external stakeholders. The individual will support executives with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication and task completion. The Plus Support Executive will also assist in preparing basic reports, updating databases, and coordinating with other departments to resolve support-related issues efficiently.Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing records, documentation, and office processes.
- Excellent communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle calls, respond to inquiries, and interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up on tasks.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in a support, front-office, or administrative role is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
