Planning & Scheduling - Prepare baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. - Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) and project timelines. - Prepare detailed construction programs, manpower histograms, and resource-loaded schedules. - Monitor project progress against approved schedules. - Update weekly and monthly project schedules. - Identify delays, critical activities, and recovery plans. - Conduct critical path analysis and float management. Project Monitoring & Control - Track project productivity and progress at site. - Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, subcontractors, and management. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. - Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules. - Assist in cost control and earned value analysis. - Evaluate extension of time (EOT) claims and delay impacts. - Support risk assessment and mitigation planning. Coordination & Communication - Attend project meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. - Coordinate engineering drawings, procurement activities, and construction priorities. - Ensure alignment between site execution and approved project schedule. - Provide planning support to project managers and construction teams. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain project planning records and logs. - Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week schedules). - Generate dashboards, S-curves, KPI reports, and productivity reports. - Maintain schedule revisions and baseline records. Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management - Minimum 3–8 years of experience in construction contracting companies - Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred - Strong knowledge of project planning and construction methodologies - Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project - Good understanding of construction sequencing and site operations - Familiarity with contracts, claims, and project controls .
