Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new hiring partners across industries, with a focus on finance, accounting, analytics, and technology.
- Leverage strong communication and sales techniques to generate interest and convert leads into active hiring partners.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and recruitment heads.
- Drive month-on-month student placements by actively coordinating hiring opportunities and interview processes.
- Assess student readiness, guide them on suitable job profiles, and prepare them for placement opportunities.
- Match student profiles with relevant job roles and coordinate interviews with hiring partners.
- Facilitate offer closures and ensure timely placement of students.
- Own and achieve placement targets, including onboarding a minimum of 20 new companies per month.
- Own and achieve placement targets, including placing a minimum of 25 students per month.
- Track and report weekly on onboarding pipelines, placement progress, placement closures, and hiring partner feedback.
- Coordinate with academic and training teams to align student placement readiness.
- Deliver timely updates and maintain clear communication with students and employers.
- Represent the organization at hiring drives, virtual job fairs, employer meetings, and networking events.
