Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for student placements and internships.

1. Plan, organize, and execute campus placement drives, job fairs, and industry sessions.

1. Understand the industry requirements and align student skills through workshops, mock interviews, and resume-building sessions.

1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR, management, education, or related field.

1. Strong network with companies, startups, and recruitment agencies.

1. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

1. Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet placement targets.
