Key Responsibilities

1. Capture high-quality product photographs of oils, soaps, and beauty products for e-commerce, social media, and marketing materials.

1. Create aesthetic lifestyle images that align with our natural and holistic brand identity.

1. Shoot product videos, including demos, texture shots, application videos, and promotional creatives for digital and performance marketing platforms.

1. Develop engaging lifestyle videos such as tutorials, influencer-style shoots, real-life usage scenarios, and brand storytelling content.

1. Produce short-form content like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes videos, and ad creatives optimized for social media.

1. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, marketplaces, and paid advertisements.

1. Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards, including color correction, sound editing, transitions, background cleanup, color grading, and basic motion graphics/text overlays.

1. Plan and execute shoots by managing scripting (if required), props, lighting setup, camera handling, audio equipment, location scouting, and coordination with models.

1. Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

1. Organize and manage photo and video files with proper storage and backups.

1. Ensure photography and videography equipment is well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
