Role: Demand Planning (Manager Track) Experience
2 - 5 Years We are looking for a high-octane individual to join our Men s Apparel Revenue Function as
a Demand Planning Intern. This is a "Manager-in-waiting" position where the candidate will be
responsible for engineering growth through meticulous data-driven planning. Based on
performance during the internship, this role offers a direct path to a permanent Managerial
position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Traffic & Top-of-the-Funnel Planning: Analyze and forecast traffic requirements to meet
revenue targets. Monitor conversion funnels and identify leakages to optimize the user journey
for Men s Apparel.
Demand & GMV Forecasting: Own the Unit and GMV planning at a Business Unit (BU) level.
Build robust monthly, weekly, and daily sales plans accounting for seasonality and major events
(e.g., EORS). The "How-List" (Action Planning): Develop detailed monthly intervention roadmaps. Quantify
the GMV impact of specific levers including pricing changes, marketing pushes, selection
