Job Responsibilities: • Strategic Category Management: Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability. Identify market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and optimize product assortment. • Inventory Management: Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contracts. Drive cost savings initiatives and establish strong supplier relationships. • Profit & Loss Analysis: Analyze category performance, profitability, and ROI. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growth. Key Qualifications: • 6-8 years of experience in category management and inventory control. • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating supplier agreements and driving cost savings. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
