D2D Brand/Account Management • Business Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-commerce space. • Develop strategies to expand market share and drive online sales. • Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with marketplaces, distributors, and vendors. • Account Management • Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). • Monitor account performance, optimize listings, and ensure compliance with platform policies. • Build strong client relationships, providing support and solutions to maximize satisfaction. • Brand Development • Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance visibility and recognition. • Collaborate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and content creation. • Analyze consumer trends and competitor activity to refine brand positioning. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with exposure to multiple platforms. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and brand growth. • • Should have minimum 6 months of career gap at present
