As a Personal Branding Intern at TVL Media, you will support the development and management of the digital presence of founders, executives, and industry leaders. You will work closely with our team to create impactful content, conduct research, and help clients build authority and engagement across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, storytelling, social media, and personal branding.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Assist in developing and executing personal branding strategies for founders, executives, and industry professionals.
Research industry trends, market insights, and relevant topics to generate content ideas and thought leadership opportunities.
Create and draft LinkedIn posts, articles, social media content, and other personal branding assets.
Support the planning and management of content calendars to ensure timely content execution.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to transform key insights, experiences, and perspectives into engaging content.
Monitor content performance and assist in preparing reports with recommendations for improvement.
Track industry conversations, competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and visibility.
Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams to develop impactful content and branding campaigns.

Other requirements
Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, English, or a related field.
Strong writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.
Demonstrated interest in personal branding, content marketing, thought leadership, and social media.
Must have an active and well-maintained LinkedIn profile with a consistent history of posting, engaging, or building a professional presence.
Familiarity with LinkedIn content trends, audience engagement strategies, and professional networking best practices.
Ability to conduct research, extract insights, and transform conversations or interviews into compelling content.
Proven experience creating engaging written content through LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, college projects, internships, freelance work, or personal content initiatives.
Good research, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate effectively, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about personal branding, social media strategy, and content marketing.
A portfolio, writing samples, LinkedIn posts, personal projects, or other content creation work demonstrating writing ability will be highly preferred.
