What You'll DoPerformance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage full-funnel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.Shopify & E-commerce Growth
• Build, launch, and manage Shopify websites for fashion and jewelry brands.
• Create and optimize landing pages, collection pages, and product pages.
• Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Manage Shopify themes, apps, collections, and product catalogs.Analytics & Strategy
• Analyze campaign and website performance.
• Generate actionable insights and growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and client servicing teams to achieve client objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and e-commerce.Requirements
• 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of Shopify website management and optimization.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience working with D2C, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or luxury brands is preferred.What We Offer
