Performance Marketing Media Buyer (Product/D2C Expert)A premium, fast-growing consumer brand is looking for a powerhouse Performance Marketing Media Buyer to scale revenue aggressively while protecting contribution margins. Please Note: We are strictly looking for candidates with deep experience in Product Marketing (E-commerce / D2C). Profiles with experience predominantly in Service Marketing or Lead Generation for Services will not be considered for this role. Location: Delhi (On-site)Experience: 3+ YearsBudget Managed: Minimum 20 Lakhs+ monthly ad spend (managed independently) This is not a role for a simple "campaign operator" or someone running small agency accounts. We need a growth partner who:1. Has scaled at least one D2C product brand 2x3x in revenue.2. Has independently managed 20L+ monthly Meta/Google ad budgets.3. Understands performance at a P&L levelyou care about margins, CAC, and contribution, not just pretty ROAS screenshots.4. Knows how to analyze funnel data, checkout initiation, and purchase CVR to optimize performance. What You Will Own Budget & Scaling: Independently managing and scaling 20L50L+ monthly performance budgets without margin collapse.Core Metrics: Owning revenue growth targets, MER, CAC, and blended ROAS.Strategy: Building segmentation strategies (high AOV vs. low AOV buyers) and creative testing frameworks.Collaboration: Working directly with the founder and collaborating closely with the creative team to build data-backed ad angles. Must-Have SkillsDeep Meta Ads Manager expertise and advanced campaign structuring knowledge.Strong understanding of e-commerce attribution, tracking, and funnel data.Advanced data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency is mandatory). This Role is NOT For You If:Your performance marketing experience is primarily for services rather than physical products.You have never independently handled a 20L+ monthly budget.You rely only on broad targeting or blame creatives without deep-diving into the funnel metrics.
