We are looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital growth initiatives. Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who has successfully scaled D2C brands and managed advertising budgets (10L+ monthly). The ideal candidate will lead performance strategy across platforms, manage cross-functional teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and growth experimentation. Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing & Scaling- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.- Manage and optimize annual ad budgets with clear ROAS, CAC, and LTV targets.- Scale customer acquisition profitably while maintaining strong unit economics.- Continuously test, optimize, and scale winning campaigns through structured experimentation.Team Leadership & Channel ManagementLead and manage teams across:- Meta Ads- Google Ads- Set performance KPIs and ensure cross-channel alignment- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to improve campaign outcomes.Growth Hacking & Experimentation- Implement growth hacking frameworks to identify new acquisition opportunities.- Run rapid A/B testing cycles across creatives, funnels, and landing pages.- Identify new channels and partnerships for incremental growth.Analytics & Reporting- Monitor performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin, etc.- Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership.- Provide actionable insights backed by data. Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C brands.- Proven experience scaling D2C brands profitably.- Experience managing annual ad budgets of 10Lakhs or more.- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising.- Strong knowledge of attribution models, analytics tools, and tracking frameworks.- Experience leading and managing cross-functional marketing teams.- Deep understanding of growth hacking strategies and experimentation frameworks. Preferred Skills:- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude.- Experience in wellness, beauty, or personal care brands is a plus.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
