Prior experience working in a Performance Marketing Agency is mandatory.
Must have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Must have managed multiple D2C/eCommerce brands with significant monthly ad spends.
Strong understanding of ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, LTV, and profitability metrics.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Job Description:We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can independently manage and scale multiple D2C brands across Meta and Google Ads while maintaining profitability and achieving client growth objectives.The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, execution-focused, commercially aware, and capable of solving performance bottlenecks proactively. This is a client-facing role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities:Client Management & Ownership
Own end-to-end performance for assigned client accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Lead client calls, performance reviews, and growth discussions.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Present performance insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations confidently.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Plan and manage campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, retention, and scaling.
Monitor account performance daily and take corrective actions proactively.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and profitability.
Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and funnels.
Performance Optimization
Identify and resolve ROAS drops, performance fluctuations, tracking issues, and account inefficiencies.
