- Work with Account & Strategy teams to develop strategic channel/media solutions
- Utilise media research tools and resources to aid in campaign development
- Finalise and present recommendations internally and to clients
- Manage cross-departmental issues regarding any aspect of campaign execution
- Develop and present reports highlighting relevant insights and learnings, and provide recommendations for future campaigns
- Develop, manage and train Assistant/ JR Planners
- Daily management and optimization of digital media campaigns including planning and strategy development, contract execution, and reporting
- Work closely with an internal specialized team to monitor performance and recommend optimizations and new/different strategies and tactics
- Interacting with the Brand Team (In-house & Agencies) for the creation of Marketing collaterals which has to be marketed at the lowest possible costs.
- Lead role in training and managing junior team members in digital media
- Collaborate with all departments in the agency
- As the Senior Digital Media Planner, he/she will be the primary point person on several accounts.
- In addition to his/her core account assignments, the Senior Digital Media Planner is expected to participate in new business pitches, internal presentations, and award submissions.
- Keyword Research skills
- Skills in search platforms including; Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics)
- Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
- Creating & Managing of Advertising/ Marketing Campaign
- Optimizing the campaigns for best results and Driving growth for the company.
- Finding new advertising opportunities in terms of more advertising areas or in terms of ad platforms to increase the revenue while maintaining required profitability.
- Taking complete control & responsibility for the platforms in terms of selection of creatives, ad copies, campaigns & targeting for both the advertising Inventory as well as Demographic targeting of the audience for a specific product and budget allotment for each run campaigns.
- Creating an insightful report to give feedback for content creation for creating better creatives to help reduce advertising spends for reaching audiences.
- Running analysis for improving ROIs of advertising.
- Creating Analytical models to generate better performance.
- Evaluating various marketing strategies and creating an alternative path for better results.
