We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in learning and working on real-world lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.

This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Demand Generation and are eager to gain hands-on exposure to campaign execution, optimization, analytics, and lead generation.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1)Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

2)Support lead generation initiatives by identifying target audiences and campaign opportunities.

3)Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI.

4)Assist in optimizing campaigns through audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad testing, and budget allocation.

5)Coordinate with content and design teams to develop ad creatives, landing page requirements, and campaign assets.

6)Prepare campaign performance reports and share actionable insights for improvement.

7)Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
