About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.

1. Create detailed media plans aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines.

1. Strategize campaign structures, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.

1. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

1. Optimize campaigns continuously - A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and creative improvements.

1. Stay updated with the latest ad platform features, trends, and best practices.

1. Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives.

1. Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure proper pacing.
