About the internship

Sunlight Sports Studio LLP handles e-commerce and marketing for global sports brands like HNDRD. We run high-volume performance campaigns across India, the UAE, and Singapore, focused on scale, efficiency, and profitability.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads

1. Manage budgets, bids, and daily spend with a strong focus on ROI

1. Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR and take quick action

1. Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously

1. Work closely with the creative and e commerce teams to improve performance

1. Scale winning campaigns and stop underperforming ones without hesitation
