Hiring at DIRTS: A Performance Copywriter who can read a CTR like a sentence. We're looking for performance-focused Copywriter who can think in hooks, analyze in metrics, and write for conversion. The role demands clarity, speed, and a strong command over how ads actually perform on Meta and Google. If you instinctively understand why a script works or fails, youll fit right in. If "first-3-second retention," "scroll-stop hook," and "winning angle" feel like everyday vocabulary to you keep reading. DIRTS is a D2C brand based in India, and we're hiring a full-time Copywriter to own performance creative end-to-end video scripts, ad copy, hooks, headlines, CTAs. Anything that touches paid spend. Why we're being specific: Most copywriters can write. Few can write in a way that survives a Meta auction. The skillset we need sits at the intersection of writing and performance marketing someone who instinctively understands why a hook works, why a script dies at second three, and why one CTA outperforms another with the same audience.Creativity without performance is noise. We want the rare ones who can do both. What you'll own:
- Video ad scripts built for Meta and Google UGC, founder-led, testimonial, problem-solution, you'll write across all of them Sharp ad copy: primary text, headlines, CTAs that move metrics Hooks.
- Lots of hooks. Tested ruthlessly.
- Reading creative reports CTR, hold rate, CPA, ROAS and iterating from data, not vibes.
- Working alongside designers, editors, and the performance team so scripts translate cleanly into final assets.
- Attending shoots when needed and protecting creative intent through execution.
What we're looking for:
- You've written performance creative for D2C, e-commerce, wellness, skincare, beauty, or supplement brands.
- You can show us 35 ads you've written that delivered measurable results and you can talk about what worked and what didn't.
- You think in hooks. You write fast. You revise faster. UGC formats, influencer-style scripts, and short-form content are native languages to you, not buzzwords.
- You're comfortable being judged on numbers, not on how clever the line was. You're based in Noida (or willing to relocate / commute to our Noida office).
The role:
- Full-time, work from our Noida office
- Working closely with the founder, performance team, and creative team
- Direct feedback loops, lots of ownership, no corporate ladder between you and the work
