About the job

Key responsibilities

1. Process payroll operations accurately and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

1. Support end-to-end payroll administration activities for employees across designated regions.

1. Review payroll data, employee records, and compensation information to maintain accuracy and compliance.

1. Analyse payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions for employees and internal stakeholders.

1. Collaborate with finance, human resources, tax, and benefits teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.

1. Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

1. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, payroll regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.

1. Participate in payroll audits and support reporting activities for management and regulatory purposes.

1. Investigate payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions where required.

1. Generate payroll reports and provide analytical insights to support business decision-making.
