About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for cancer patients and caregivers, helping them navigate the OncoBuddy platform and supporting them throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboard new cancer patients through introductory calls and verify basic demographic details.

1. Educate patients and caregivers about the OncoBuddy app and assist them in scheduling sessions through the platform.

1. Collect Google reviews and patient feedback after interactions.

1. Schedule Diet, Onco-Psychology, and Genetic Counseling sessions for patients and caregivers.

1. Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient support experience.

1. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.

1. Qualification: Any Science Graduate

1. Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.

1. Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

1. Work Mode: Work From Office

1. Candidate should speak Malayalam, Hindi & English. (Mandatory)
