• Strong understanding of integration techniques using APIs and web services within ServiceNow.
• Ability to utilize low-code platforms and tools to streamline application development and configuration.
• Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a multi-team environment.
