Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services and Developer Ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration capabilities.
• Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system reliability.
• Familiarity with release management processes and version control in a packaged application environment.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
