Title: Packaging and Compliance Regulatory Administrator (Cosmetics)Location: IndiaDuration: 6 - 8 months (remote) Company Overview Apsida Life Science is currently partnering with a global clinical research company and technology-enabled Contract Research Organisation (CRO) that focuses on expanding access to clinical trials through a decentralised and community-integrated model.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Audit: Reach out to global packaging suppliers to collect, verify, and document technical specifications, including material composition, weights, and recyclability data.
• REACH Compliance Tracking: Maintain and update databases regarding Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in packaging materials, ensuring all declarations are current for the 2026 reporting cycle.
• Product Information File (PIF) Support: Assist in compiling and organising the packaging section of the PIF and Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR).
• Labelling Verification: Review artwork and packaging labels for administrative accuracy, ensuring INCI nomenclature, fragrance allergen disclosures, and mandatory recycling symbols (e.g., Triman logo, EPR markings) meet target market requirements.
• Systems Management: Upload and manage compliance certificates and technical data sheets within our internal ERP/PLM systems, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Gap Analysis: Identify missing compliance documentation for existing SKUs and coordinate with the procurement and R&D teams to close these gaps.

Qualifications:

• A background in Science, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Assurance is preferred but not required if the candidate has significant industry experience.
• Technical experience with REACH compliance within cosmetics
• Previous administrative or coordinator experience within the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry is essential.
• A foundational understanding of cosmetic packaging materials and relevant regulations (REACH, EU 1223/2009, or similar global frameworks).
• Data Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with experience managing complex spreadsheets or compliance databases.
• Communication: Strong professional communication skills to effectively liaise with international suppliers and internal cross-functional teams
