The Risk Management Support Specialist will support the implementation and execution of Allianz Partners' Non-Financial Risk Management framework. The role is responsible for coordinating risk management communication and training initiatives, supporting top risk assessments, executing control testing activities, and administering risk management tools to ensure effective governance and compliance across the organization.
Non-Financial Risk Management Communication & Training
Support the implementation of the Non-Financial Risk Management plan in alignment with Line of Business Risk Management teams.
Communicate risk management initiatives and requirements to internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update internal Risk Management pages and content on corporate platforms.
Design and prepare training and awareness materials related to Non-Financial Risk Management.
Coordinate and support the rollout of training and awareness initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and awareness campaigns.
Top Risk Assessment
Organize and facilitate workshops with Risk Vector experts and relevant stakeholders.
Document workshop outcomes and key risk findings.
Maintain and update risk information within the designated Non-Financial Risk Management tools and systems.
Control Testing
Collaborate with Risk Vector experts to define and document controls for relevant control objectives.

Support the preparation and execution of the annual control testing plan.
Conduct control testing activities, including evidence collection, review, and follow-up.
Analyze testing outcomes and coordinate action plans with responsible stakeholders.
Prepare reports and presentations for Risk Committees and governance forums.
Update and maintain control testing results within the Risk Management tool.
Risk Management Tools Administration
Manage and prioritize queries from tool users.
Provide timely support and resolution for tool-related issues.
Develop FAQs, user guidelines, and training materials.
Deliver user training sessions and support onboarding activities.
Manage user access requests and validate appropriate authorization.
Conduct periodic reviews of user access rights and maintain supporting documentation.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit, or Compliance are an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Compliance, Finance, Audit, Governance, or related functions.
Experience supporting risk assessments, controls testing, or risk governance processes is preferred.
Experience working in a multinational and matrix environment is desirable.
Good understanding of Risk Management principles, particularly Non-Financial Risk Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to gather, analyze, and present data in a structured manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with risk management systems and governance tools is an advantage.
