About the Role:
Build and scale “PayU for Startups” (https://www.startups.payu.in) into the most loved platform for founders—reducing onboarding time, removing friction, enabling white-glove onboarding at scale, and wiring a GTM engine that turns high-intent startup demand into activation, adoption, and revenue. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role with clear goals, fast execution, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Platformization of PayU for Startups
Build a cohesive platform across Payments & Data, Concierge, Ecosystem, Mentorship, Content, and Operations—clear entry points, guided journeys, SLAs, ownership, and instrumentation across the funnel.
- Founder-first onboarding
Stand up a fast lane for funded startups: data prefill from public sources, streamlined risk/KYC, explicit TAT guardrails, and proactive issue resolution to cut time-to-live and handoffs.
- GTM flywheel (Content + Demand Gen)
Ship sector playbooks, case studies, ROI tools, webinars/AMAs; design lifecycle journeys to move founders from discovery → activation → expansion; measure and iterate weekly.
- RevOps foundation
Build the operating backbone so every lead/account is actionable and attributable—clean data, standardized processes, CRM hygiene, SLAs, and funnel visibility.
- Program governance
Run it like a business: monthly performance reviews, dashboards, target vs. actuals, risks/asks, and a predictable operating rhythm.
