In this full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, you will coordinate and participate in outreach initiatives, events, and presentations to increase brand awareness and engagement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building relationships with influencers for paid collaborations, engaging journalists to drive product visibility and editorial coverage, and connecting with our vendors to source and gather insights to share with the team. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams will be key to ensuring consistent messaging and a positive experience for all external audiences.Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including comfort speaking with individuals and groups.
• Experience or aptitude in customer service and community outreach, with a focus on responsiveness and empathy.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Gurugram and manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Prior experience in outreach, field marketing, community engagement, or a related role is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
