Role Description The Outreach & Admission Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning and executing outreach activities to schools, colleges, communities, and partner organizations to promote AHAs programs. The Executive will handle inquiries from prospective students and families, provide accurate program and admission information, and guide applicants throughout the admission process. Daily tasks include conducting information sessions, coordinating events and campaigns, maintaining databases of leads, and supporting conversion from inquiry to enrollment. The role also involves collaborating with academic and marketing teams, preparing basic reports on outreach and admission performance, and ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all prospective applicants.Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction, presentations, and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Community Outreach skills to engage prospective students, families, and partners in a professional and supportive manner.
- Ability to manage admissions-related documentation and processes with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline, preferably in education, management, healthcare, or related fields.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or outreach in an educational or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Comfort using MS Office or similar tools, CRM or lead-management systems, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site, including extensive travel within the region for outreach activities.
